Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to love your purchase. Each piece is thoughtfully produced and quality-checked before shipping. Please review the details below before requesting a return.


Return Window

  • Returns or exchanges must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

  • Requests made after 7 days unfortunately cannot be accepted.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, items must:

  • Be unworn, unwashed, and unused

  • Have original tags attached

  • Be returned in original packaging

  • Show no signs of wear, odor, makeup, or damage

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Intimates, bodysuits, swimwear, or items worn close to the body

  • Custom, made-to-order, or special project pieces

  • Items damaged due to normal wear or improper care


Exchanges

  • Exchanges are accepted once per order, subject to availability.

  • To exchange an item, the original item must be approved and returned first.

  • Once received and inspected, a replacement order will be issued.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • Your order number

Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.


International Orders

  • International return shipping, customs fees, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delayed or rejected international returns due to customs.


Order Issues Outside Our Control

We are unable to offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout

  • Packages marked as delivered by the carrier

  • Delays caused by customs or courier disruptions
