Non-Returnable Items

Items damaged due to normal wear or improper care
Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted once per order, subject to availability.

To exchange an item, the original item must be approved and returned first.

Once received and inspected, a replacement order will be issued.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Clear photos or video of the issue

Your order number
Approved cases will receive a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or rejection.

International Orders

International return shipping, customs fees, and duties are the customer’s responsibility.
