At Glitter Noir, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges by default. Each item is made-to-order, which helps us reduce waste and keep prices accessible.

Exceptions:

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a printing/quality issue.

  • The item is not what you expected

  •  The quality does not meet your standards

  • You may be eligible for an exchange, store credit, or refund.

  • To request this, please contact us at Info@glitternoir.com. within 10 days upon receiving your order. 

  • We reserve the right to review and determine the best resolution.
