At Glitter Noir, every piece is made-to-order. This lets us reduce waste and keep our prices accessible — and it means we're unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We do stand behind the quality of every item. You may request a return, exchange, store credit, or refund if:

  • Your item arrives damaged, defective, or with a print or quality fault
  • You received the wrong item or size from what you ordered

To request this, email Info@glitternoir.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the issue. We review each case individually and will determine the best resolution.
